Martial arts focuses on defending oneself from physical threat or violence, as well as developing self-control, a positive attitude and confidence. It incorporates an element of physical fitness in conjunction with spiritual and mental development.

Our Self-Defence programs are taught in both an individual or group format. Instruction takes place in a safe, non-threatening environment. Skills will be developed to enhance self-confidence and personal safety as well as the ability to defend yourself and loved ones.

Specialized programs are available for Law Enforcement/Security and Women's Self-Defence.

    Classical weapon derived from Okinawan martial arts.

Martial Arts Boot Camp

Martial arts boot camp utilizes a combination of various martial arts styles including Karate and Kickboxing in order to get you in shape! Every day of the program will be different, with core strengthening exercises, cardio and strength training. See the difference after a few weeks in class with Sensei Chris.
